Horrible Management This place has horrible management and extra fees are added to your rent each month! They don’t fix anything but the outside of the complex to attract new tenants. The phones are never answered the manager is never in and staff can’t answer questions apparently without her. I’ve been here under a year and each month nothing is resolved unless you go to the office and be disrespectful even then you’ll still get no results. Unbelievable I moved in this apartment May 2nd and there were holes in my cabinet . My carpet wasn’t placed or sealed on the floor correctly slipped and the whole thing came up cheap carpet , there is a place in my kitchen where the floor is coming up . The day I moved in the crew left food and there clothes on my floor , my air only works down stairs and Now my apartment is flooding from where the washer and dryer is suppose to be . Worst communication I do not recommend even touring I signed a lease on an apartment that I was told had a featured I wanted. The day before I was scheduled to move in I was told this unit didn't have that feature and a unit wouldn't be ready for several more days. I called them out for lying to me, the property manager defaulted to "our system said it had the feature, but we don't actually look in the apartment to verify. Terrible maintenance job I should have looked into this place more. I stayed here for 7 months on a short term lease. The apartments look nothing like the pictures (obviously) but I paid extra to stay at the most updated apartment but constantly had shower and drainage problems. It isn't in the safest part of town and you would think its okay considering its "gated" but the gates are almost always broken and wide open for anyone to enter. Regret choosing this place Terrible pest problem!! Office doesn't take any complains seriously and take very long to respond to maintenance issues. A bunch of hidden rent fees. And the neighborhood isn't great. Heard gunshots multiple times. The plan is cheap, but I'm sure you can find a lot better for this price.

Lived here for 3 or so years Sewage backed from my toilet so they moved me into another apartment That apartment was leaking water into my living room then when my lease was up they didn’t want to give me my deposit back I had to call multiple times an speak to multiple ppl to get them to investigate the previous management which they were taking money like I thought long story short if you apply here don’t expect much

Outstanding services Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value! As a first time renter they walked me though the entire process. They were extremely patient with me, professional and respectful. I’m very happy with my choice! Kudos to Maria and Nick for being such bosses! Made my 2020 worth it! ??

DO NOT MOVE HERE my experience here is horrible I have neighbors that smoke cigarettes inside their apartment and the smoke is coming into my home ! Me & my son clothes ,hair & other belongings smells like nothing but cigarettes .. & when I first moved in nothing was ever replaced from the rusty shower rod to the carpet in my room you can tell it's old and my blinds are yellow ! And air filters never been changed they're so filthy and no one have came to fixed YET .I've been here for only 3 months and nothing has been resolv... read more
