RecommendedFabulous customer service! They were patient and attentive with me! I even witnessed them managing an irate, crossing to belligerent, customer with patience, calm demeanor, and kindness. (I don't mean to be rude or a gossiper, but once the lady did as the technician advised her, the customer received the results she was being not-so-nice-at-that-moment about.) I always have a great time getting my nails pampered by kent. Love it here he takes his time and makes sure I'm happy before moving forward.
I've been coming for 15 years. Ken and Kim are my fav. but all of the techs are great. they're very reasonably priced This is a high-volume place Friday's Saturdays are always super busy. if you're looking for the spa experience and are willing to pay for it then go to a spa. I would highly recommend making an appointment and let them know exactly what you want and need done. I have acrylics and I always get nail art so it takes longer. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! nails weren't cut short enuf after I told her 3x, she was rude, paint job was awful, my toenails r sharp n unfilled, they treated me like I was an alien. wut a waste of time n money!!!
They have wonderful customer service. I have been going here for years! Kim and kent do a beautiful job.
I have been very pleased with my service from any of the nail technicians. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The polish options are beyond amazing. My issue is with choosing which color I want! �
