No customer service number, they have one but the call fails! You can't go into the facility to cancel you have to print a page out and mail it in. They don't even track your cancellation as this will be my 6th time in a year to cancel an account. I tried to contact corporate email and heard nothing back for months! DO NOT SIGN UP

Zero transparency. My girlfriend did a unauthorized charged for pilates at La fitness. So I cancelled the membership and was told I would have to pay $100s cancellation fee and the guy hangs up. Extremely unprofessional skip a few weeks later theres a bill fot ******? Wheres the transparency? Plus they over charge for a run down gym with broken equipment/mold/regular fights/ and active shootings at this location. The whole process of leaving this gym is a whole headache for no reason.

I would be careful when signing up for anything at this branch. When I was opening my account, I was told I would be paying first month and last month and that I could cancel my account at anytime or freeze it. I also added personal training to my account and was told I could freeze it as well. I called LA Fitness on 6/27 to freeze my account so I wouldn't have to be charged for July. I got charged $240 fee for personal trainer and the $10 dollar to feeeze the account. I then called to ask why now in August, i'm still gettin... read more

This location needs new employees from the manager on down. They never are open on time and members are always waiting outside 5, 10, and even 30 minutes after the club should be open. As a paying member I expect to be able to come to the gym when they are open and use the facility. The Operations Manager, *****, says he has made changes and addressed the issue but clearly it is still happening. The employees do not care and it shows but it doesnt matter to them because there doesnt seem to be and repercussions for being lat... read more
