Absolutely awful front desk service. I believe her name was ****? Starts with an A. After scanning my barcode she asks for an ID, not believing it is me?? I tell her Ive left my wallet in the car, but I can verify this is me. She proceeds to ask for address, phone number, date of birth, all the way down like some sort of Police Officer. After I confirm all of this, she still tells me I cannot enter without an ID. I signed up for training, the trainer made me do weightlifting and it was too much that it caused my shoulder to hurt. I went to the doctor and they found a problem with my shoulder. I took the papers over to cancel my training but they dont want to accept it. I have tried canceling for months now and they dont want to cancel it. This is my reasoning for doing a complaint and consumer report to see if they can help me with this problem.
