I already cancel my membership, they still charging for several months. When you call they say to come in person. Im out of the country, and they dont stop to charge. I change my card and now theyre calling me desperately to update my card, when I say I need to cancel, I already cancel it and you still charging me they say: You have to come in the gym. Theyre crazy!!!! They renewed my membership without I aprove this.

This gym is excellent been here for over 5 years clean and friendly the staff is very friendly and supportive front desk goes up and beyond to help with any concerns

Absolutely awful front desk service. I believe her name was ****? Starts with an A. After scanning my barcode she asks for an ID, not believing it is me?? I tell her Ive left my wallet in the car, but I can verify this is me. She proceeds to ask for address, phone number, date of birth, all the way down like some sort of Police Officer.
