This health club is awful. I have been 9 personal training sessions and cannot get an appointment because they only have master trainers and my sessions are for a trainer. Also, the equipment is often in disrepair and the hot tub and pool are closed frequently. I've called the corporate office about this issue and was told that I would hear back from them by Thursday of last week, Friday at the latest. Here it is Monday and nothing but crickets. They need to be closed.

We pay for a member ship to use the facilities. Then they sublease out the areas like the pool witch in return block our access to the areas are membership is paying to use

This business is negligent and non-compliant with typical client safety practices. Their stretch partners straps are broken and the machine is located in front of a bar. Highly likely someone falls off of this because the safety mechanism(the strap) is broken and they will hit their head. Reported this to the front desk and she said it would have to wait until her manager is in on Monday. I asked her to at least put a sign and she said theres nothing she can do.
