I have LA Fitness sub brand esporta club membership, tried to cancel my membership but told by customer service that I have to stop by local club to cancel the membership, but all my local clubs rebranded into LA fitness which can review my profile but can not cancel my membership. Also told by customer service I can download a cancel form and send it to the corporate, may take days to cancel. This gym consistently ignores legitimate requests to repair equipment. There is a stationary bike missing a k*** to adjust the seat height. There are only 3 of these bikes in the gym. As a result, it is frustrating when this simple repair is not addressed. I have notified multiple gym employees over the past month. I am told the person responsible for maintaining gym equipment barely visits the gym on a weekly basis. Even worse, this person does not respond to other employees who posy repair requests in the system. This gym ... read more

I would be careful when signing up for anything at this branch. When I was opening my account, I was told I would be paying first month and last month and that I could cancel my account at anytime or freeze it. I also added personal training to my account and was told I could freeze it as well. I called LA Fitness on 6/27 to freeze my account so I wouldn't have to be charged for July. I got charged $240 fee for personal trainer and the $10 dollar to feeeze the account. I then called to ask why now in August, i'm still gettin... read more
