Charged $179 just to come into the office. Only wanted 3 loose teeth removed and a partial made. Dr. Tenser refused. She wanted to work on all my teeth. I walked out and when I did her people apologized for her. By the way, I went to her years ago and spent over $10,000 to have partials made. She changed for the worse. Also she doesn't take any insurance
Dr Tenzer used to be a warm caring dentist but unfortunately she is no longer, had an awful experience at her office, was waiting one and a half hours and when she finally came in and numbed by mouth (no assistant to suction) felt like was choking and Dr Tenzer never returned. I payed for a very expensive bridge that does no fit properly and no adjustment made, never recommend this practice other than the office stay,
Do not go to this dentist. They billed for a root canal they never performed and I’ve now been waiting for months to get it cleared up with my insurance. I also had a permanent crown “cemented” that fell out in about three days. Don’t waste your time and don’t risk your health!
