The receptionist and Dr were amazing, super friendly! BUT the lady going over options and taking pictures made me feel little. I explained I had braces in Mexico and she said “work in a different countries are usually unsuccessful and work is done wrong” I was raised in both countries and I have had work done here that I was not happy with and also in Mexico-don’t assume because it’s a different country we do not have great Drs, we do. I love City Smiles! I initially went here because my sister goes, but man, am I glad I did. The staff is so friendly and welcoming (even if you've been delinquent in the "every 6 months" rule). I like how they take photos of your smile/mouth from visit to visit so you can see any changes. They are great at working with insurance. I know the dentist can be scary for some, but with City Smiles, this is never an issue. Oh, and they give you a cookie when you leave!
