My grandma recently visited and needed a hair cut so I recommended City Salon because of the high reviews, but when she came back her hair was uneven ,dry, and brittle . 0/10 don't recommend.
Elizabeth was amazing she bleached and toned my hair and it looks perfect. Definitely will be coming back and requesting her. Thank you so much!!! <33
