Peter and his crew replaced our roof a week ago. It rained quite a bit for the past 24 hours. So far absolutely no leaks! Peter and his crew are excellent. This is our second partnership with City roofing and aluminum. After 19+ years the old roof needed replacement. Delivery of the shingles was scheduled 2 days before installation. It seems they do one time business only, don't trust any warranty they promise. I called them two years after the installation for a warranty issue and they just never responded.
Peter and his team did our soffits and eaves 15 years ago. I have recommended him to my family members. When it was time to replace our shingle roof I was happy to have City Roofing do the work. Peter was forthright and honest throughout this process. He provided expert recommendations to improve attic ventilation and the installation was carefully performed. He also provided additional follow-up to some questions I had which was greatly appreciated. I think he offers excellent service at a fair price.
City Roofing replaced my first roof along with that of some neighbours. I experienced no issues whatsoever. This time around while we got quotes from other Roofers, choosing City Roofing again was a no brain. Peter is knowledgeble, experienced and a pleasure to deal with.
