White Lexus with City Res Boston decals seen on I-95 in western Conn this weekend. I was a passenger in another vehicle and I was able to see the driver of the City Res car using their phone while driving - so blatantly that I was able to see them holding up their phone and scrolling Instagram. I shouldn't have to explain the dangers of using the phone while driving, but I do feel compelled to point out the foolishness of this behavior while in a company vehicle.
