Contacted multiple times about getting a repair done but never received a response. First two contact attempts were 2 months ago on October 8th and the third and final contact attempt was made, through their website "contact us" section, over a week ago on December 10th. Oh yes, I have actual dates. So instead of giving a snarky reply to my perfectly valid feedback which was made after waiting, what I would consider a beyond reasonable amount of time, for a response. This is my 3rd visit to City Repair. I’m in a wheelchair which is not possible on Waterworks Road. Every time I’ve seen the same guy. Even when I can’t ring, he comes out to the car to collect and deliver my phone when it gets repaired. A very considerate man who looks after me well, at a really good price AND with a quick turn around. So much better than trying to deal with the brand names!!
These guys (especially Shobhit) were excellent. Very professional, fast and great comms updating on progress of my mob ph screen replacement.
