City Renewables was easy to work with during the installation of our solar panels, but we have had repeated intermittent problems with one of the arrays they installed. I find them to be slow and not very responsive when I contact them to have them come check it out what the problem is and fix what is not working properly. If I had it to do over again, I would use a different company.
The team at City Renewables is very help hepful and easy to deal with. They designed the solar solution for my house with ease and worked around a few build challenges. They are available and willing to explain and find solutions.
This is our second great experience with City Renewables. We’ve opted in to their $0 PPA option both times and are looking forward to enjoying $0 electric bills again. The team at CR and ROI are all super professional, communicative and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
