Renter beware! They will force you to apply for an apartment as a 'pre-approval' without even allowing you to look at the apartment. Very concerning, questionable practices coming from this team. In 20 years of renting in Toronto I have never been denied the ability to look at an apartment because I don't want to apply for it first.
