Abner was very helpful waking us through the process. Being a first time home buyer, I wouldn’t have had any idea what we needed to do. I really thought that it would be a stressful process, but he made it way less stressful than it could have been. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling.
Could not have been better. I would recommend Abner to everyone interested in a patient, hard working realtor. I was having a hard time finding a home in the neighborhood I wanted and Abner connected me with a family that were looking to see and their home met my needs.

Abner did not negotiate at all. We asked him to share info w seller to support our offer and he didn't. Abner did not follow up on proof of new roof, gutters, etc. We got tired of waiting and purchased anyway and our lender had to get the info.
While looking for a place Abner was very accommodating to our needs. He was truthful and very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely recommend him. If the need arose again we would use him again.
