I called them and they're using AI to answer or screen calls.. And the AI will say Hi, or Hello, or GoodMorning (at 4pm) and then be silent and unable to talk to anyone. When what appeared to be an actual person who answered, all I got was a "Helloooowe" and again, unable to have any conversation. This isn't any place I would trust to leave a vehicle, especially if I cannot call or talk to anyone without showing up...if it's even a business at all it's probably a scam.

Professional and best service (last summer). I just want to update service: My car’s AC is not blow cold and I did paid to fixed it last summer already. I been use only for summer time and never been use until this summer coming up again and found out it not cold anymore so I bring my car back in to check again and it turn out they need to charge me again to fix it, so it mean from last time they told me that they been fixed it for me which is they didn’t fix it right? Their music is far too loud and obnoxious! I went in for a massage at Massage Envy and I couldn't relax at all! Very unprofessional and what a trashy way to get attention!
I’ve been going to City Radiator for a number of years. Good place to take your car if you need some work done or just an oil change.
