The City Pointe maintenance team is fantastic—always quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and truly professional. They go above and beyond, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything is done right. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on them!
When we moved in to City Pointe last July, Ralph, the Community Manager, asked us to write a review of our experience. I am always hesitant to write a review too early, so I kept putting it off. I find my experience with the staff members very friendly and punctual with their communication. The environment is frequently quiet and it is nice to have a community event at the park right behind the apartment.
I’ve been living here for over a few years, and I’m really impressed with this apartment complex. Syria, Ralph, Brian, and Scott are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help with any issues or questions I have. The maintenance team here is outstanding. They handle service requests promptly and are always so friendly and approachable. The office team is equally fantastic—always helpful and welcoming.
