The staff is very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
One of the best experiences EVER. My water heater broke. I knew the big box stores had one, to fit in the space, but didn't want to shop there. So glad I didn't buy it at big box. Was told about City Plumbing, looked on their website and they had what I needed. I walked in and Mike P was my salesman. I showed him pictures of what I had and he knew exactly what I needed. Will never use them again to order. Their prices a good but they dont communicate. They dont let you know when your items are ready, they get the order wrong and lastly they don't sow up when your delivery is scheduled. I like to support local but just easier to order on line.
All I can say is go where the pros go in and out in 10 minutes had everything i needed their fantastic
