One of the best experiences EVER. My water heater broke. I knew the big box stores had one, to fit in the space, but didn't want to shop there. So glad I didn't buy it at big box. Was told about City Plumbing, looked on their website and they had what I needed. I walked in and Mike P was my salesman. I showed him pictures of what I had and he knew exactly what I needed. Will never use them again to order. Their prices a good but they dont communicate. They dont let you know when your items are ready, they get the order wrong and lastly they don't sow up when your delivery is scheduled. I like to support local but just easier to order on line.

We drove several hours to look in the showroom for items to order for our new house build. The google hours showed they were open until 12 but the showroom is closed on Saturday (which makes very little sense to me- working customers need Saturdays to get things done). I simply asked the men in the supply side if we could access the show room so I could pick a few things and I could call to order next week. I explained the hours are not accurate online.
