We’ve lived here 4 years. Just that should tell the story. The grounds here are so well kept and the management and maintenance team are first rate. I love the wide open feel of the large courtyard and huge pool. You won’t find that in the new apartment complexes springing up in Pasadena.
Great staff, community and awesome amenities. Central location in Pasadena with loads of things a short walking distance away plus a supermarket right next door!

Love living here. It is paradise! Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Well maintained BBQ grills. Decent gym. Best of all, our apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances.
