Dr. Evans and her staff are First Class and 5 Star!
Dr. Evans and Bailee are simply amazing! They treat me and my pup like family every time we walk in the door. Visiting their office feels more like a visit to a friend's home rather than the dreaded vet, no matter the reason. I was unaware of my 2 yr old Goldendoodles health issues, until one morning she had a pretty scary episode. After being told by our previous veterinarian that they couldn't get us in until the following week, I called City Pets and they urged me to bring her in right away. Dr. Evans & Bailee are super friendly & knowledgable, and their office space is very inviting. My lab is very anxious being at the vet but he seemed calmer here because of the hospitable environment. They offer new services that I'd not heard of but seem like good alternatives to vaccines, etc. and really want the best for my dog. I'm grateful to have them looking after my sweet pup.
Dr. Evans truly cares about your pets well being. Following a terrible experience at the emergency vet, she went out of her way to call and educate the ER vet the following Monday morning on best evidence based practice...basically why things should not have happened the way they did. I am thoroughly impressed and very thankful for her sweet nature, confidence, skills, and knowledge!
Dr. Evans and Bailee are top notch. It was easy to make an appointment, and the building is very well done and inviting. We just adopted a shelter pup, and had tons of questions-- Dr. Evans answered them all, and then some. She was extremely thorough in the exam, and explained everything she did as she went along. Very fairly priced, so friendly and loving to our new little fur baby, and professional. We couldn't ask for more!
