*UPDATE: Because I left a negative review online, Dr. Evans called me to let me know she would in fact be charging me a $60 late fee (after previously telling me she would waive the fee if I did not return to the office, which I more than happily obliged to). This is the most caring veterinarian I have experienced and I have moved a lot, so there have been several in my lifetime. They are easy to reach and I can always count on them to get back to me within 24 hours no matter how minor the request. The staff here truly love animals and they remember my dog, Honeybee, each time I call or visit. She’s not just another patient to them and that makes a world of difference! You can tell the staff are choosing this job and this business in their hearts!
Charlie & I love City Pets! They truly care about your pets as much as you do. They are timely, show you your costs upfront for approval & allow you to be in the room the whole time. Also, being a first time dog mom I tend to be very cautious and Dr. Evans always responds to any questions I send over via email. Thank you!
Dr. Eva Evans and all of city pets animal care is the only place I trust to take care of my pup! They are always so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable it really sets my mind at ease knowing my dog is getting the best veterinary care. They have a great facility and are always up front with pricing. I recommend City Pets to everyone I know!!
Where do I even begin?! When I moved to the Germantown area, I decided to try a new vet. Little did I know that I was being adopted into a family! The communication from the office is always quick and thorough. The staff is absolutely amazing. I feel like when I walk in, my dog is a celebrity. Everyone there is upbeat and so helpful.
