We had such a great experience working with City Painters. Henry was very responsive to our initial call. He did a thorough walk through of our home and provided a detailed proposal for the scope of work. His crew was very talented and did a great job. The crew always arrived at the time we agreed, worked diligently to complete the job on or ahead of schedule, were very conscientious, left our home very clean and were also very nice. There were no unexpected surprises at all. We look forward to working with them again.
Henry Garza, the owner, came on time and offered a fair price. His guys came on time just a few days later; they were pleasant and easygoing. The only drawback I experienced was that Henry missed a handful of windows in his estimate, so I wasn't thrilled with the extra charges once he discovered the error. However, he discounted the additions, and the price still seemed very fair. As my father said, everybody makes mistakes — it's how we deal with them that counts. City Painters painted two rooms in my house and I was very pleased with the work. The painting crew was professional and courteous. They carefully protected my furniture and floor from paint drips and they cleaned up every day. Henry Garza, the co-owner, went out of his way to make sure everything was done to my expectations. I would definitely use City Painters again!
Ours was a fairly big job. The exterior house trim was painted and the cedar fence on our corner property stained - a considerable amount of fencing. Mr. Garza, the owner, came by to help us decide on the right color for the stain. First came the power washing, then the sanding and finally the two coats of stain. Even my husband noticed how hard Venny/Benny and Joel worked each day they were here. The old locks on the two gates were removed and new ones were installed.
