Fast response, excellent service. After assessing the problem I was given the cost which was very reasonable. This is the second time I've had to have them come out (different issues on a very old door) and I was/am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend.
Good experience、service and well choice equipment.
City Overhead Doors are lifesavers. We have an old model garage door opener system and they came out within a couple of hours of my call. Ron was friendly, really knowledgeable, and fast. He had the parts he needed on his truck from the photos I sent. I can’t recommend them enough.
Honest & fair!! Highly recommend. It was refreshing to work with someone so honest and transparent and who made a recommendation based on what was in my best interest, not theirs. I thought we were going to have to replace a panel or the entire door and was prepared for that, but they were able to fix it in a much more cost effective way and at the very least postpone replacing the entire door.
