Worse customer service and billing. Made many mistakes just for one visit and took them over 10 emails and 10 phone calls to realize and still not corrected
Have gone here every year since 2015 and my insurance info has not changed. The staff are always pleasant. In the past they have also validated parking for the lot across the street. However during my last visit (Dec 2023) I found out they are no longer in-network for VSP and they did not notify me until after my exams and presented me with a giant out of network bill.
Alejandro is THE BEST!!! I have been putting off buying glasses for months because of how stressful and overwhelming the process can be. Alejandro was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind making this the best glasses-buying experience I have ever had! I was in and out in a breeze. I am so thrilled with how effortless and easy he made the whole experience.
I am always so impressed with the selection and service at City Optometry. Everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly and professional. At my last couple of visits, Alejandro very patiently helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and did an incredible job reading me and my style and figuring out what to purchase.
