July 2024, Avon Dr. Tavel Office has the most unprofessional Admin Office Manager I ever experienced. The office failed to provide service & care to me for post op cataract surgery as they were obligated to do & in multiple attempts on my part. I showed up as scheduled but Doctor did not show up. Office manager said she could not see me without letter from Eye Surgeon but failed to let me know that until after I showed up for my appointment. I called to make an appointment for a eye exam, terrible customer service. The lady I spoke to was rude. I went to eye glasses world, and got my eye exam. I will never go back to Dr.Tavel
I been coming here since I was a teen I always liked the staff about time for new glasses too
I love this place, everyone has been so kind and friendly and even used my child's preferred name. I love it!!
