I just found out the staff allowed some CPS personnel change my contact info on all of my offspring's file accounts., including my own as well! Not only that, I spoke with JANET on Friday and requested my child's X-Rays from 2023, 2022, and 2021, and she told me she'd email them, but ended up claiming she needed a "authorization code" to access the records when I never consented to sealing anything, nor did I know they were doing any of this! If I could give 0 stars I would, it is terrible how patients with ******** are treated. They are completely wrong and discriminate. My boyfriend had a bad infection due to his wisdom tooth being impacted and food getting down in there, The surgeon was aware of that. My boyfriend was in severe pain before and after the extraction due to the infection. They advised him to seek help from the ** in order to be prescribed any medication to help with the pain.
