Approved an event liquor catering license to #rockntaco for a music festival which despite their enforcement violated the governors order during a pandemic. The mayor should take full responsibility.

https://offgridsurvival.com/chickenmandeadafterfightinggo…/… I think the story will speak for itself. According to this article, the City of Roswell had plans for this man’s land. Off-Grid Survival reports that Roswell even went as far as trying to intimidate the holder of his mortgage into selling it to them at 40 cents on the dollar. They continued to harass him and prosecute them in any way they could, until he finally killed himself. Shame on you Roswell.

Lack of clarity around Rucker Road development towards Houze. You’ve blown past deadlines per the many articles written at the time of the groundbreaking. No real work done for months. We’ve had to walk our dogs thru muck and on the street dodging traffic. My wife has fallen twice. Be thankful I don’t try to sue. You’ve done a pathetic job managing Gypsies portion of the project.

Ripped up the sidewalks on Rucker road at the end of Summer 2019 then stopped all work. The City refuses to answer people's questions regarding when they will start work. They have not maintained the sides of the roads where the sidewalks used to be. Alpharetta's side is basically finished and it's very obvious where trashy Roswell starts.

Over the last few years, I have made reports to animal control and the police about a neighbor who neglect their dog. It sits outside (620 Rocky Creek Drive) and barks from 8am-10pm every day for the last 5 years. Drive by any time and you will hear it. What else can I do? Staying at home all day with a barking dog is going to drive me and the entire neighborhood to insanity. Short of kidnapping the dog and bringing it to a shelter, I’m out of ideas.

Video Inspections for occupied dwellings. You know, so people aren/t left for over a month with a giant un-air conditioned space sucking their money away because they can't finish additions to their homes. Maybe I should present the city with a bill for my troubles. Maybe ALL of us who got told "We won't inspect your projects anymore, find a 3rd party, who must be a (Roswell)certified engineer(is that even actually a thing?) or Architect, or just don't finish your project. We won't tell you that there is literally no one who... read more
