I always get a great workout at the Wellness Center. No waiting for Machines or weights. Which is great. I like it.

Nice affordable place. Lots of equipment and a very friendly staff. Plus a nice cafe. Free coffee and wifi overall a very good place that I would defintely recommended to others.
Adina Pounds is a wonderful Instructor. Not only does she inspire people in her unique & genuine way, she blends dance, strength training & cardio so seamlessly that you forget that you are working out...Until the next day. I would rate her class a 10. Affordable & fun! Can't wait to go back!
