City Of Hope Lancaster and City Of Hope Duarte saved my life. What other kind of great recommendation can someone give. The wonderful doctors and surgeons and caretakers and the nurses were all so loving. Despicable standard of care!!!! I’m so outraged !!! You failed my loved one when she became critically ill!been trying to reach her doctor there for weeks with not one return phone call!! This is absolutely disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! The cancer is not killing her but your treatment is! You at least owed me an explanation !

We have been supporters of the City of Hope for many years. We were under the impression that City of Hope would treat patients regardless of their insurance coverage. How disappointed I was this past week when City of Hope refused service to a friend who had been diagnosed with breast cancer. I guess they are very much for profit, so much so that they don't even fund their own research!!! Misleading donors to further enhance their profit centers is incomprehensible.
