FTD should stop using City of Flowers. My kids got together to send flowers to their father on his 75th birthday. They were picked from a photo and so were a bouquet of balloons. What he got were 5 roses which should have been a dozen and 1 balloon. The five roses were tilted to one side and a clear glass vase that was suppose to be blue with a large ribbon bow missing and one balloon that was suppose to be a bouquet which a third of the helium was gone. I ordered flowers and balloons for a birthday gift. The flowers were delivered but the balloons never were. I tried to call to ask where the balloons were, they never answered the phone I left several messages over the course of three days. Finally I tried calling from a different phone number and a lady answered I told her my problem and she said she would refund me the money. It has now been a month and no refund. This is literally the first review I have ever written. Valentine roses were delivered and they looked like my 7 year old daughter put them in a vase, either that or that they spilled in the truck and the delivery man shoved them back into the vase. When I called the company on the card they answered the phone with a simple "Hello" not even like a business. I asked if it was Pro Flowers and she said yes, I explained to her how sloppy the "arrangement" was and her reply was that she had over 200 deliveries to make. I hope all... read more
