The customer is the one who has to suffer the consequences when their system is down. It's wrong that because their system is down the customer has to pay a reconnect fee. Pretty good scam they have going on!
They come out to “fix” the meter and suddenly the light bill is another $200 more every month and they’re still charging residents a “sourcing fee”. Oh & if your bill is due on Monday, pay on Sunday because they will turn it off Monday morning. They don’t even give you time to pay it. It’s giving their scamming for reconnection fees. This city is so corrupt
Why is it so hard to pay a bill after hours????
Customer service is trash ! Keep hanging up on people faces trying to figure out a damn problem they caused
