I absolutely love Dr Billips! I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years and recommended her to my sister, a friend AND my boss, and all are happy
VERY CONCERNING BEHAVIOR. whoever said that lady a doctor, lied. And folks interacting with her on a daily basis too should be examined because something is wrong lol no medical no profession. Very concerning.
When you actually get to sit and speak with the doctor she is great. Unfortunately she doesn't have time to oversee her staff and they don't respond to phone calls or emails so I have tried for the past month to get a follow up appointment as the doctor instructed and have been unable to do so after about 7 separate emails and calls. Her staff is taking advantage of her and giving her practice a bad name. I was forced to find a different Dermatologist that I can actually make appointments with when necessary. The front desk staff had previously assured me that they accepted my insurance before my scheduled appointment. Mavis and Martin Billips are crooks and run a dermatology practice that leaves much to be desired. Mavis, the face of the operation, offers patients nothing beyond the most basic skin examinations making it hard to believe her expertise in the field. It's as if she's merely going through the motions, providing patients with superficial assessments that lack any real depth or care.
