The other person reviewing the Billips is completely accurate! Mavis offers patients nothing beyond the most basic cursory skin exams AND she denies and poo-poos your conditions, ignoring them entirely! Brushing them off to age and gaslighting you, saying you don't have any problems! She's a fraud! It's a clam shell game with her and you won't find any care there. I saw her at Cedars Sinai and she was literally running 2 hours late. I should have left and wish I saw all these awful reviews sooner. She ignored all of my needs... read more
I absolutely love Dr Billips! I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years and recommended her to my sister, a friend AND my boss, and all are happy
VERY CONCERNING BEHAVIOR. whoever said that lady a doctor, lied. And folks interacting with her on a daily basis too should be examined because something is wrong lol no medical no profession. Very concerning.
When you actually get to sit and speak with the doctor she is great. Unfortunately she doesn't have time to oversee her staff and they don't respond to phone calls or emails so I have tried for the past month to get a follow up appointment as the doctor instructed and have been unable to do so after about 7 separate emails and calls. Her staff is taking advantage of her and giving her practice a bad name. I was forced to find a different Dermatologist that I can actually make appointments with when necessary.
