Excelente atención
Alex is great- the materials used in this apartment were pretty cheap, it seems, so I’m grateful that we have an on-site person to help us out! And Celia always helps as soon as I ask- wonderful staff here.
I lived at City North for a year and have nothing but lovely things to say about Celia the building manager and Alex the maintenance person. They are both so friendly and helpful. Alex always greeted me and my dog each morning coming back in from our walks, and my dog always wanted to hang out in the office with Celia.
I just moved to lake city and was searching for apts and I’m so glad I found city north. The previous manager was an amazing communicator and helped us find an amazing apartment for a great rate and that has continued onto the new manager Celia. I can tell she cares about the place as it is constantly getting updated and she is quick to answer any question we have. We had a package stolen (through no fault of city north) and she immediately marked the faulty package locker so more packages wouldn’t get stolen.
Just moved in and everything is great so far. Celia R. went above and beyond to make the usually stressful application and move-in process easy and welcoming. She also made sure we were able to get our keys and paperwork finished by Friday, thus ensuring we could move in over the holiday weekend instead of having to wait until Tuesday, which was a life-saver.
