Incompetent property manager, maintenance, and corporate office. I had a roof leak and no preventative measures were taken to stop the leak which later led to black mold. The property manager Chandler seemed annoyed when I requested that the situation needed to be rectified immediately.

Initially; we moved right at the start of the pandemic in 2020. Two months later we had a MAJOR LEAK in one of the rooms (water came all the way to the living room). The issue was “FIXED” and two weeks later same leak. We lost all belongings from that room. The office manager offered a bucket when asked for assistance!! Then moved to another apartment in July 2020. We have had FIVE LEAKS in the living room (we live in the 2nd floor), TWO LEAKS in the bathroom, and in the last month TWO more leaks. We don’t recommend living in this community because this community is not considerate to its neighbors across the street. We live in newly built townhouses across this community.They have a flagpole whick makes noise day and night which is grating on the nerves for all neighbors.The noise is produced by flag snap hooks and rope, forcibly blown against the pole by the wind.The noise is produced day and night but is mostly a nuisance at night when everything is quiet and the flagpole rope and hooks constantly make noise due to... read more
