Honestly this store doesn’t deserve any stars to be honest. l came in here monday May 25th and they got us started in a timely manner. i wanted a full set and my toes and my boyfriend wanted his hands. We have a 9 month old baby. Please keep this in mind. As i am getting my toes done and my boyfriend is getting his hands done our baby is sleeping. it wasnt until 30 minutes later, Kelly the manager comes in and started working on my french tip full set. my baby has been sleep this entire time. It took over an hour to get the nails done and the lady trimmed the nail too short until it paved close to the skin. I would not come back here. The employees continued to chat amongst each other which was very distracting and impolite to the customers. I usually do not write reviews but this was not great. This was my first time to be a customer at City Nail and Tan. Cindy is amazing. I’ve known about Cindy because she has been doing pedicures for my brother-in-law. I have always been so impressed on how great his nails looked after she gave him a pedicure. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I definitely will be returning as a customer! Thank you so much for your kindness and great experience Cindy!
