After having a horrible exspirdnceat Hannah's nails I TOOK MY DAIGHTERWHO IS A PRETEEN HERE SO HER AND I COULD GET OUR NAS DONE FOR CHRISTMAS AND LET ME SAY TBE GUY WHO DID MINE AND THE LADY WHO DID MY DAIGHTERS DID NOT DISAPPOINT.TBEY WERE FRIENY BENTLE A D DID A.AZING JOB ON NA ANDNAIL ART AND THE PRICE HE QUOTEDWASTBW PRICE I WAS CHARGED WE DEFFINENY WILL BACK THIS IS OUR NEW GO TO NA SALO

I went and got my nails done from them twice. The lady is So rude in there she always is every time i’ve went in there, this time the man did my nails, and he used dirty tools, and I’m having green fungus grow by my cuticles. He filed my skin by my nail too far down and whenever I asked for a refund, he said we would have to make a police report that they don’t do refunds of money. Worst customer service I have ever received! The man working did not do a good job on my nails—- pick a color is a joke! I picked a color but got something totally different. The salon was not busy I was the only customer in the salon I ask to get my toe nails polished. The woman abruptly removed my polish and gave me 20 reasons why she should do French tips on my toes. I am a cosmetologist I left without her polishing my toes. I can do them at home I was just treating myself.. I will also have to have my nails redone tomorr... read more

The nail tech was a very rude and that alone made me decide not to ever go back or to recommend them to anyone. Well my nails I’ve had so much more with Top Nails, this just has shown me to wait for my nails salon to be open.
