Extremely dirty not sanitary at all I think the owner lives there. When I was there a freaked of urine on the chair was sitting on. None of the equipment was clean.

Two Nails broke after 2 days . I’ve never had that happen before after any visit in any other nail shop. Location isn’t very clean , although the customer service was great , the shop was dirty. Owner worked with shoes off which seemed unprofessional, i paid 65$ and unfortunately dissatisfied with results. Amber is a great person and very much respect her for showing passion and dedication to her work but definitely needs some assistance as it was only her running back and forth to try and accommodate two clients.

We were in the area and we looked up a place to relax and get a manicure and pedicure this place show high ratings so my boyfriend called. By far the most rude customer service EVER!!!!! My boyfriend called to inquire about appointment and the person who answered horribly was so incredibly rude. I do not understand why her star rating is high.
