Kait was great! My nails looked amazing and I felt pampered. All of the girls were welcoming, great vibes, and I will definitely be back :)
What a great place. I’ve been twice so far and I plan on going back again. I don’t live in the area, and I’ll postpone my appointments elsewhere to make sure I can hit up this spot. Emma is fantastic. She did my builder gel set and her attention to detail is superb. All of the ladies and clients were super welcoming, and we all chatted together. Several other clients were also from out of town and said they make it a point to come in when in the area. I can’t recommend this salon enough.
I LOVE the downtown city nail bar!! First and foremost, my nails have never looked better thanks to the very talented Emma! And on top of that, everyone is just so friendly and kind. The energy is so positive and inviting! I always have a great time chatting with everyone there. I’ve been going regularly for a few months now, and look forward to it every single time. So long as I live in GR I will be a regular here!
Very disappointed! I wanted a relaxing pedicure, booked the Grand Experience. It was a rush job even for a basic pedicure. The techs were talking back and forth across the room about social media and loudly gossiping. I felt like I was in a high school. So unprofessional.
I cannot imagine ever giving this salon less than a 5 star. All amazing and so talented. Best place in Grand Rapids
