Excellent experience buying a used car (from the location in SF as the shop has moved to SF). We arranged for a local independent mechanic to check the car out and owner drove the car there on his own for an evaluation prior to sale. Owner quite upfront about car coming from auction, not having a full car history, and no warranty for used car. I just left that place mad and very upset and felt discriminated.I went there with my husband and my brother in law( we were dressed very casual not to impress at all) since they know more about cars than I do, I was willing to buy that day but I was looking for a specific kind of car, I've been to other dealers around that area everyone was friendly I even got to test drive some cars, but this is not the customer service we got at city motors, the sales guy was very nice and showed me around but another guy just came out an... read more
I had a great experience buying a car from here. The owner is shy but is honest and helpful. He even took the time and effort to help me after selling the car. I got the car at a great price and the CarFax and a separate checkup all looked great.
