I have been coming to City Motor Company for 2 years and have never been more satisfied then when I recently was in with Toyota Service and Quick Lube. I love the waiting room and the staff is always so friendly in Sales, Service and the Parts Departments.
Great people. Very helpful. Only dealership in our area willing to work with a young couple! The hour and a half drive to them is worth it for the service you receive! I will recommend this dealership to all friends looking at buying a Toyota!
I recently had cause to bring my Gulf Stream Motor Home to City Motor Co for the replacement of the water pump. I was very impressed with the efficiency of Brian Davids, who took care of the ordering and receiving of the water pump required for my coach. Upon my appointment time arrival he was there to greet me and start the paperwork needed to check in my coach for the repair. Always Excellent service
Bob Sullivan is wonderful to deal with - he is actually the reason we bring all our vehicles to City Mtrs and drive 60miles one way to do so.
They are the only dealership in town that I feel totally comfortable with when purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced.
I have been with City Motor for 45 years now as a customer and I have always given them a high rating. I think the surveys are sent to customers too close to purchase date. One does not have the chance to get to know their new purchase so one can give a better evaluation in the survey. The sales personnel at City have always been top notch. Our new Equinox is our 16th purchase from City Motor over the past 45 years. Also, City Motors has had all of out maintenance on our chevy's.
I can't say enough on how they treat the customer. They've been there when I've needed them.
