I like dealing with people who value me as a customer. I have always been treated very well at City, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns after the sale.
Trevor Taylor is such a nice, caring and thoughtful employee. He always is there to open the door for me and let me in and asks me what can he do for me? I ahve had a reoccuring problem and he has been patient and kind and has made every effort to right the wrong. This last time the "team" found the problem...I was so happy and so was Trevor!!!! Nice job Trevor and I hope that you get some recognition for your work with me!!! You deserve employee of the year as far as I'm concerned..Thanks again Trevor....Good Job!!!:)
Was not expecting the vehicle to be done in the afternoon and was surprised that it was completed by the mid morning. Brian Davids, service rep greeted me before I got out of the vehicle. thumbs up to City Motor

We bought a 2011 Silverado 2500HD and loved everything about the way we were treated. Not only was it a no pressure sale, the customer service is amazing. I will absolutely buy a new vehicle at City Motor Company again!
I have had great service at City. I was leery of going to the dealership, but I will keep giving them my money because they are honest, straight forward, not that much more expensive than others, and know my vehicle. They don't try to up sell me but in fact will tell me how much mileage I have left. They have fixed little things for me free of charge. My oil changes are only $15 or so more than going to Wal-Mart but at City I know the quality and the service are excellent! I highly recommend going to City Motors. They are a ... read more

Our experience with City Motors has ALWAYS been positive. We have purchased all our cars/trucks from City and will continue to do so in the future. the high quality of service is apparent from the sale of the vehicle and is followed thru during the service of the vehicle. This dealership should serve as a role model for ALL GM dealerships! City Motors not only talks about the mission statement of GM, but they assure it is carried out. Kudos to them...from the dealership down to the lot folks.
Excellent service, clean restrooms, complimentary drinks - what else could one ask for.
