Awesome place
I can’t believe the reviews I just read. Yes, there was a big shakeup at the front desk, it’s been a bit chaotic, but I listen to the abuse those girls take from patients. No wonder they quit. I have never than less excellent, dedicated medical care from providers.
I have been coming to see Dr Pinson for over 10 years now and now I am done that front desk is horrible the worst I have ever seen... Dr Pinson your going to loose alot of business. Save yourself some grief and stay away.. Dr Kathy is great Dr Pam is great and Pinson is great but the staff is horrible..
They're terrible now. All the receptionists quit except one who is training one new girl to replace 2 other girls. Dr. Pinson wants to talk about testing done 3 years ago. New test is in April 24 and take 3-4 hrs to get you your meds, he has to have someone send the script for him. Two months ago, transportation didn't show. 5 days later,, I got my meds after new appointment was made. Next month, they have you drop off your urine and they'll supposedly call you. They call some random number and say they couldn't get a hold o... read more
