I was told to return Friday for a follow up. I’m here and the office is closed. However it’s only 3:15 pm while on the website, door sign, and voice mail it stated they close at 6:00pm. I find this to be very unprofessional with a lack of communication to their patients. I drove 40 minutes and got off of work early just to arrive to lock doors and no service.
The clinic was closed at 3:00pm even though it says they close at 6:00pm. I took off work early and lost wages to find a closed clinic.
