Vlad was amazing, he appraised my apartment for a tax review by CRA. They wanted to take the deemed disposition cost as municipal value for 2018 which was ridiculously low. Vlad did a great job and I am assigning another appraisal to him for an apartment rented in 2021 to get a deemed disposition value.
