Terrible service. Me and a friend went because we heard good things. they didn’t do what shape we wanted and cut open skin on multiple fingers. Cut out nails too short and we’re rude and rough. Some nails are very uneven too. Unfortunately, we do not recommend.
Heard great things about this place, so I thought my friend and I would check it out. The one lady was very aggressive with our hands, after asking if I wanted my nails shorter, I said yes a little bit, she cut them down way to short. The other lady opened up my skin on almost every nail when she was grinding them. This was the worst experience ever, We will not be going back
Received a $75 gift card for anniversary. Gel nails chipped after 6 hours. Would not offer refund of any sort. Told me to “give my gift card to a friend”. They do not care about the customer, only $$$. Horrible job, dirty, do not clean their tools after each person. Highly would not recommend.
I used to go to this location often, but stopped for a couple years because it was inconsistent. I went again today only because I had a gift card. While the technician was attentive, my gel pedicure has smudges I assume from the light to cure the polish. And he didn't paint the tip of my toenails, so you can see my natural nail now. He also didn't trim and shape the cuticles/nails as much as I would have liked.

Very sloppy work. One of my toes has a lot of excess gel that I will need to have redone. I would be embarrassed to leave it as it is. I thought the place was very dirty. They sat me in a chair that had been filled with water earlier, and the water was cold. Was not a enjoyable experience. I will not return.
I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails done and still didn’t get anything close to what it was supposed to be. The nail tech that did my nails was super rough and made me bleed and seemed to be in a rush for no reason. My nails are supposed to be a pink and white ombré but some of them are just pink with a white tip. Worst nail experience ever, I’ll never be going back.
First and only experience for me. Nail tech didn't listen to anything I asked for and I now have nails that are curved and going the wrong direction. Horrible experience which I don't understand after it was a recommendation. Disappointed
