This review is for Cynthia Felder, who gave us a wonderful tour of City Line East in Jersey City. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional throughout the entire experience. She was very knowledgeable, provided clear and detailed information, and took the time to answer every question and address all of our concerns. The apartments are beautiful, and the community is quiet and well-maintained. We had a great experience and highly recommend touring with Cynthia.
I've recently moved out of this building after living there for over 4 years. Overall I would not recommend this building based on the state it currently is in as it continued to deteriorate over the years. For starters, some of the things you are promised are not true. For example, the concierge is only on site from around 4pm through midnight so if you receive a package earlier in the day, you won't be alerted in the system until the concierge scans it in. Do not live here. You will never, ever be able to get in contact with a human being. They introduced an AI bot named "Patricia" that is so worthless it actually boggles the mind. The only thing it will do is pester you about giving them more money (even if you've already re-signed your lease and paid rent well in advance). AI has truly ruined everything. City Line East deserves no one's business until they actually hire human beings again.
I had an appointment to tour an apartment with Cynthia Felder (leasing consultant). She was completely unaware of the appointment and took her alot of time just to let us into the building. She was extremely rude or maybe just not interested in letting us rent one of the apartments. Kept finding reasons to why I couldnt tour any apartment. She didnt even show me any amenities. I wouldnt want to ever visit city line because of the way Cynthia Felder does business.
