City Line East is a nice place to live. Out of everyone, Cynthia is the best, she does her job and also others. No need to go to a manager bc they’re not as helpful and may cause other issues.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Cynthia has been a great help whenever I’ve needed anything and is always responsive. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.
My boyfriend and I lived her for a little over a year and the building has potential but it really needs some care. The gym looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and the equipment feels cheap and worn out. I wish they had invested in better machines like other buildings nearby. The wipes are constantly out to clean anything which just makes it feel even more neglected. Cityline east is amazing. I recently toured when looking for an apartment and the amenities are awesome! Upscale building with the customer service to match. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything and answered all my inquiries!
