Management is horrible! I do not recommend renting here!!! It takes days, sometimes weeks for issues to be addressed! Upon moving in i had a broken dishwasher that took month and a half to be replaced! I have someone constantly jumping upstairs often for hours leading into the late hours of the night! I was woken up from that stomping and moving of furniture at 1am , and trust me im a deep sleeper b I’ve reported this more than 6 times and NO ONE has taken any action! Find another apartment, trust me. Its not worth it !
I Enjoyed my time at city line and loved the area and amenities. Management and maintenance staff were excellent.

I had a very unprofessional experience with Cynthia Felder during a scheduled showing. First, the office smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was immediately off-putting. I was left waiting outside with no clear direction, assuming I’d be met in the lobby. When I realized I had forgotten my ID (I live right across the street), I quickly went to retrieve it.
