This company City Line Tow company took my car on Sunday 2/2/25 around noon. I know bc I came out when it was happening. I went there the next morning 2/3/25 around 11:50 am. They said that is considered 2 full days of storage and charged me $70 for storage. Then on top of that they overcharged me for a flatbed when I witness them tow my car with a chain tow. This is just disgusting of some of these businesses.

I'm not sure what affiliation City line auto has with City line Towing but they share the same address and phone number. I called today asking about their pricing policy and the owner was very hostile and rude. She hung up on me after I asked for the pricing policy and when I called back still trying to reason with her she yells at me through the phone stating she "did not want to argue with me" in which I told her that no one was arguing with her, I was simply asking a question.
