Inconsiderate owners and unsafe conditions. A giant metal rack fell directly on my head before I went out. It was another guest not the owners who made sure I was ok. Oh but the owners were sure to run after and make sure my payment processed. Dock also has unsafe marker signs. Hazardous place that clearly had no concern for customer welfare.

9/14/25. Got the McCovey Cove Experience for my brother. He was on the water in no time. I had my own kayak which they allowed me to launch with no problems. Staff were very helpful each time I called them. It was an amazing experience for all of us. Thank you City Kayak.
