Todd has been working with me to set up my husband, Randy Knapp's bike...so it fits my shorter frame... And we are working on a demo seat getting it fit just right before I buy the new seat! Great people to work with....thank you City Hub!

Great place I bought a bike online and they assembled the bike for me for a reasonable price! Very friendly quality work.
I spent a lot of time looking and I visited several shops throughout West Michigan before I decided to take the plunge... Not only was Zac knowledgeable, but he did a great job listening and guiding me in the right direction. My daughter who was shopping with me agreed. She said, "Dad, you should buy your bike here. It is the coolest bike shop." Apparently, she is wise beyond her years. Thanks and Bonus...I get to keep my dollars local.
A great change of pace for the bike shop genre. Their bike and gear brands are top of the line and I've had two bikes repaired now by their service team. Well done CityHub. The building renovation and urban feel is a nice bonus and a needed addition to downtown Muskegon.

The best thing to happen to Muskegon in a very long time. It's such a warm, welcoming and place of motivation. Just walking in the door and you feel like you're home. The best part…. there truly no stupid questions there. Love them!!!
